Struct BarrierWaitResult

1.0.0 · Source
pub struct BarrierWaitResult(/* private fields */);
Expand description

A BarrierWaitResult is returned by Barrier::wait() when all threads in the Barrier have rendezvoused.

§Examples

use std::sync::Barrier;

let barrier = Barrier::new(1);
let barrier_wait_result = barrier.wait();

Implementations§

Source§

impl BarrierWaitResult

1.0.0 · Source

pub fn is_leader(&self) -> bool

Returns true if this thread is the “leader thread” for the call to Barrier::wait().

Only one thread will have true returned from their result, all other threads will have false returned.

§Examples
use std::sync::Barrier;

let barrier = Barrier::new(1);
let barrier_wait_result = barrier.wait();
println!("{:?}", barrier_wait_result.is_leader());

Trait Implementations§

impl Arbitrary for BarrierWaitResult

Source§

type Parameters = ()

The type of parameters that arbitrary_with accepts for configuration of the generated Strategy. Parameters must implement Default.
Source§

type Strategy = TupleUnion<((u32, Arc<LazyJust<BarrierWaitResult, fn() -> BarrierWaitResult>>), (u32, Arc<LazyJust<BarrierWaitResult, fn() -> BarrierWaitResult>>))>

The type of Strategy used to generate values of type Self.
Source§

fn arbitrary_with( _args: <BarrierWaitResult as Arbitrary>::Parameters, ) -> <BarrierWaitResult as Arbitrary>::Strategy

Generates a Strategy for producing arbitrary values of type the implementing type (Self). The strategy is passed the arguments given in args. Read more
